• For all original video content you post (e.g., TikToks, Reels, YouTube Shorts), you are required to send us the original, high-resolution video file (without platform watermarks).

• By sending us the file, you grant Calmr Dog a non-exclusive, perpetual, and royalty-free license to re-share, re-purpose, and re-promote the content across our own marketing channels (website, social media ads, email). Proper credit will be given to you as the creator.

• Tagging Requirement: You are required to tag the official Calmr Dog account in every post, story, or reel you publish that features a Calmr Dog product or the Calmer Method.

• The Calmr Toys (Vim, Vigor, Verve, Comfort Cub) are interactive toys intended for directed, instinctual play (shaking, chasing, carrying), which is a crucial part of creating a calm, regulated, and safer dog by directing their natural predatory drive. You must not refer to them as "chew toys" or express fear that this vigorous play will make a dog aggressive. Customers must always be advised to provide separate, appropriate chew items.

• The Settle-Strap is a Deep Touch Pressure (DTP) support tool and must not be referred to as a "harness" or a "pressure vest". These terms are inaccurate and fail to describe their unique, targeted calming function

• Aversive or Coercive Methods: Content must not feature or endorse the use of aversive tools or methods, including but not limited to prong collars, shock/e-collars, dominance-based training, CBD products or other prescription or non-prescription calming medications/drugs. • Safety Violations: Never demonstrate use in an unsafe manner or promote use as a substitute for professional veterinary or behavioral consultation.

• Visuals: Content should avoid low-quality, dimly-lit scenes and should clearly feature in use with your dog or client dogs.
